Once a project has been decided upon, and art submitted, a representative will review the details of your order with you and answer any questions that you have regarding cost, shipping charges and delivery time.

Any art work that is submitted must be one of the approved formats and be approved by the client prior to production. All orders must be prepaid, we accept Mastercard or Visa. Contact us for other payment options.

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email message. At the time of shipment you will receive an additional message that will include a tracking number for your shipment.

Methods of Payment:

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Money Order, Cash (local pickup only) or check (on approved credit terms). Due to the custom nature of these products, all orders will be pre-authorized on a credit card prior to commencing production.Credit cards are Pre-Authorized but not billed out for payment until products are shipped. At that time, we will charge the card supplied or invoice your account (as per credit agreement).
