Our premium custom cork placemats, centermats and hotplates are a truly unique and beautiful product where quaility and craftmanship are paramount. The materials used in production, along with our quality controls and proven process, ensure a consistently high-end product is achieved every run. We are aware that the vast majority of our clients manufacture these products with us for resale purposes so products can be packaged (standard or custom) or loose as per client request. Option #1 (Most Common): Premium Hardback Cork Products use a durable, multi-layer, hard-backed cork substrate and are finished with an advanced spec U.V coating. This unique coating is specially formulated to increase product durability and lifespan while keeping them virtually maintenance free. Option #2 (Most Cost Effective): Premium Flexi-Cork Products use a dual-layer soft-backed cork substrate and are finished with an advanced technology U.V coating. This unique heat-proof coating is specially formulated to increase product durability and lifespan while keeping them virtually maintenance free (basic wiping). This product allows for a sophisticated offering that will last a long time while remaining cost effective enough to use in a variety of different applications including promotional. Tip: Because we can produce short runs for our clients, even on our high-end hardback products, it is ideal for market testing various designs to determine what sells prior to a large scale production run.
